Upsize with Lace-up Detail
How frustrating is it when a beloved garment is just a little too snug! Whether it’s an old favorite from your closet or a newly thrifted treasure, I can open up a seam and create a lace-up closure to add up to 6” through the torso (which translates to 1 or 2 sizes). I usually open up the back seam, but I can also possibly open up the front or side seams. I will either source the cording or make the cording by hand, depending on the color needed.
If you’re not into the lace-up look, I can also open up a seam and sew ties to each side of the seams for a simple tie closure (on the back, sides or even possibly the front).

This pricing is for a top, but I could possibly rework a dress, pants, jumpsuit or certain other garments.
