Shipping & Local Pick-up

Many items are made-to-order so please allow 1-2 weeks to ship. Use the code FREESHIP at checkout for free U.S. shipping on orders $150 or more. Packages are sent out in compostable mailers or pre-used boxes via USPS 1st Class/Priority mail or UPS Ground. I try to use second-hand packing materials.

Free local pick-ups are available for folks in Portland, OR. After purchase, we’ll set-up a time via email.

Return Policy

Since most items are one-of-a-kind, vintage, small-batch or made-to-order, all sales are final. If you have any questions about dimensions or fabric, please reach out before purchase. I’m a one-woman-operation hand-making upcycled garments out of my dang apartment, so I really appreciate your understanding.

Size Customizations

I want to make sure you get the dreamiest fit possible. While some upcycled pieces have inherent size limitations, I can offer tweaks and size customizations on various garments. If you don’t see your size represented or you’re famously tall or petite, please reach out with your measurements and I promise I will do my best to offer a customized option for you.

Reworking Services

I’m now offering an upcycling service. I rework garments from your wardrobe, and you select the design details. Visit my REWORK MENU to see what options are currently available at this time. No mending, tailoring, or hemming pants. Each project has a 1-2 week turnaround. I can do bundle pricing if you want to do multiple reworks on one garment. Portland, OR drop-off and pick-up available. I’ve added a mail-in option (U.S. only); just make sure to add the return shipping fee to your cart so I can send back your treasures.

Once you place your service order on the site, please email me to set up a time to drop off your garments (or if you’re mailing in, I’ll need details laid out in the shipping listing). I’ll contact you when it’s ready for pick-up (or the tracking # when it mails out). If you’re not sure if your garment is a good candidate for a certain service, feel free to reach out via email with photos of it. I’m also more than happy to offer suggestions. If you drop off a garment and I see that it would not be a good candidate for a certain service, I can refund your money or suggest an alternative.
