Cream sheer pleated neck ruff/collar (upcycled from a thrifted skirt) that you can style so many different ways! I have four of these in stock and the measurements vary just slightly. The fabric is most likely a poly/nylon organza. The ties are cotton.

45” total strap length (end to end)
8.5 - 10” ruff width
